ages are welcome. I have taught men & women from 15 to 75 yrs old. Your sessions are private one on one not in a group that can be intimidating to most. This is gentle yoga not power yoga.
During your sessions, the focus is YOU so you can concentrate on breathing, stretching and learning the poses properly.
Your lessons will include gentle relaxation yoga & Hatha poses and end with 10 minutes of peaceful meditation. Through breathing techniques and yoga poses you will learn how to strengthen your mid section & tone up your body naturally.
Yoga and relaxation will become part of your lifestyle. It is best to commit to twice a week for at least 2 months. You will reduce stress, strengthen your core (ab muscles), sleep better at night and center yourself so your mind feels clear and energized. You will be more productive, calmer and smile and laugh more. Why? Because by doing yoga, your body becomes more balanced. You will gain strength and flexibility. Your posture will improve. So take time for yourself a few times a week to concentrate on you and your body.
I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and worked as a nurse for 5 years and a fitness instructor for 3 years so can give you advice on nutrition too. I believe if you feel good about yourself then you are at peace with yourself.

All you need is a quiet space, yoga mat, blanket & comfortable clothes. The cost is $40 for a one hour private session of yoga. $35 for couples. Small groups upon request. I also teach outdoor yoga.
