We offer traditional Ayurvedic Panchakarma treatments including abhyanga massage, shirodhara and swedana (aromatherapy steam). We also have an Ayurvedic Weight Management jump-start program to help you begin your weight loss journey back to a healthy body.

The Retreat and Yoga School are located in the small historic town of Alachua, in north central Florida. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences, Our YogaVeda Institute offers 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training classes, Yoga Alliance certified. Our teaching style is an eclectic mix of Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Ayurvedic practices and studies.
In this yoga tradition, students learn at their own pace in small groups with assistance and guidance of a primary
teacher. In this way, students develop their practice at a pace appropriate for their own development. This allows the teacher to provide very specific guidance tailored to each student's individual practice.
