Sylvia is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT-500 level, with over 1000 hours of training and 5000 hours of
teaching experience. Her Kripalu-style, mindfulness yoga classes are multi-level and offer a flowing practice. In addition to many hours of training, Sylvia has completed certificate programs at The Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health; Duke University Medical School’s Center for Integrative Medicine (Yoga Therapy for Seniors); the Omega Center (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Retreat/Training for Professionals with Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D from U.Mass Medical School's Center for Mindfulness); and certification as an Exercise Specialist for Posture, Aging, and Osteoporosis, from the Meeks Institute. She is trained in yoga for depression and mood balancing, yoga therapy for seniors, and stress management from LifeForce Yoga. Sylvia also facilitates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programs and meditation programs throughout the year. In addition to her classes, Sylvia offer RESTORATIVE YOGA, PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY, and other special classes and workshops. Sylvia's classes are offered at her studio on Lindbergh Blvd. The studio is off Daniels Blvd., adjacent to Norman Love Confections and Gelato, east of Rt. 75 and Treeline, and just west of the JetBlue Stadium - spring-training home of the Red Sox.
Jessica is a certified and insured 200 RYT available for private or group lessons in your home, office, or any desired
location. Jessica sees yoga as a creative learning journey to raise awareness of the physical body, mind and spirit. Jessica brings her creativity and sensitivity of the human condition to her yoga teaching. She sees each student for their individual needs and goals.
