Located in the heart of Coral Springs, Juliana’s Art of Yoga was established in 1994 and by 2013 expanded to a larger
location on West Sample Rd. Juliana believes that yoga is for everyone, that is why she offers a variety of yoga styles, heated and non-heated classes, power flows and gentle yoga, yin and healing classes. Our teachers are loving, compassionate and professional, and they all have been awarded 200 to 500 hours of Yoga Alliance certification. Yoga Alliance recognizes yoga teachers who have achieved a minimum standard of training and experience. Our goal is to embrace each student’s needs, search for personal growth, while guiding them into a deeper understanding of the internal and external forms of the practice.
Tamara is an E-RYT200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance), a Certified Group Fitness Instructor

Through a combination of breathing and asanas (postures) you will
to completely relax, clearing all racing thoughts from the mind and removing all tension from the body. During your session, you will focus only on the moment while the problems and concerns of the day vanish. Please dress in casual, loose fitting clothes. Bring your water bottle, yoga mat and towel.
Sabeena is a 200 hr. certified RYT with the yoga alliance. Her specialty is teaching students Sivananda style yoga
practiced in the same 12 posture sequence in every Sivananda studio in the world. We practice control of the mind with the breath. As the student develops their practice and the body becomes stronger, we will do variations to each posture to continue strength and flexibility growth.
I teach Hatha Yoga classes at studios, corporate locations, and hospitals. My classes energize the body with pranayama,
and an exploratory sequence throughout the class. You will feel strong, energized, centered and relaxed. The prenatal classes, and all classes, focus on using the breath to open up the body and create space within the body and mind. I enjoy working on the chakras by meditating on positive energy to these amazing areas of the body. I especially enjoy helping other open their heart chakra, so they are able to love themselves, and others, accepting things the way they are.
