I AM Yoga is a relaxation-oriented Hatha yoga for all levels combined with Self-Inquiry and jnana yoga. Classes are
held either on the beach or at our beachfront studio in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings from 7-8:30 pm. Supplemental satsangs are also available with Nick on Tuesday (Ft. Lauderdale) and Friday evenings (Hillsboro Beach). All classes are $15 and packages are available. I teach Hatha Yoga classes at studios, corporate locations, and hospitals. My classes energize the body with pranayama,
and an exploratory sequence throughout the class. You will feel strong, energized, centered and relaxed.
