sessions or $10 each if you bring a friend, by appointment only. Instruction is available on a donation basis through our non-profit center, Lothlorien House for those who could not otherwise afford it: www.LothlorienYoga.org. Personal training and holistic wellness counseling also available for $40/hour.
Danielle Masters is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Registered through Yoga Alliance (E-RYT, YA), and a member of
the Kripalu Yoga Teacher's Association (KYTA). She is also a Certified Chair Yoga Teacher (CYT), and Certified Herbalist. In 2004, she received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga, a Yoga Alliance-Registered School (YA). She later went on to further her expertise and became certified at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health as a Children's Yoga Teacher, Chair Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Ed Teacher. From 2008-2013 she became a Certified Herbalist, completing over 1,500+ hours of study and apprenticeship.
Improve your quality of living by working with Danielle to renew your body, mind & spirit from the inside out. Private Yoga Classes with Danielle may be the best way for one to begin yoga. They are available for individuals and couples in the convenience of their own home. Classes are 75 minutes long and are designed for all levels of experience. One will increase strength, endurance, and flexibility by working with Danielle to create balance in the body and calmness in the mind using various breathing techniques within flowing sequences of fundamental yoga postures. Each class integrates Vinyasa flow with breath, movement and relaxation, along with the application of precise alignment, visualization and intention.
Each student is unique and so are Danielle's Private Yoga Classes, which are personalized for the individual's ability, health challenges, health & wellness goals, and level of yoga experience (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced). Homework is given according to the student's individual level of yoga experience, which encourages the student to practice on their own in order to develop a lifestyle yoga practice.
