Alliance. We offer group classes for all levels, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, Prenatal. Also available for private lessons and corporate yoga classes.
Our goal is to make yoga available to people at all levels, whether you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga class or already have an advanced practice. Beyond just focusing on alignment, muscle integration, and breath awareness, we want to help you find in the flow of poses (and, from there, daily life) the ability to be still and let go.
We are located .6 miles north of Courthouse Square in Cumming, GA, in the historic Otwell Manor.

Currently teaching at the fabulous Flip Your Dog Studio in Gainesville, and Buford Family Fitness in Buford. My classes
have something for everyone. They incorporate a blend of physical and spiritual attention, and will be sure to challenge you no matter what walk of life you are in. If you are new to yoga or already have an established practice, you will sweat, cleanse, tone and detoxify your body. And I will provide modifications in any pose! Yoga is about you, and your unique needs and path. And remember, every yoga class is judgment-free, so if your ego is saying “I’m not flexible or thin enough,” ignore it and come join me for an hour of bliss!

Yoga in Daily Life is an authentic system of Yoga incorporating Yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. The system has eight levels and guides practitioners from gentle exercises to highly advanced Yoga techniques. We also offer private classes and classes for workplace wellness.

At Healingyoga, we practice gentle Yoga,for Relaxation and meditation. This form of yoga is very easy and slow paste, with deep breathing and tuning into yourself and feeling your energy,concentrating on the breath with each movement, quieting the mind and allowing yourself to give way to relaxation.

The Forsyth Yoga Center offers Yoga Alliance approved 200hr Teacher Training designed for you to proceed at your own pace and with one-on-one guidance with your instructor. I received my 200 hour certification from Peachtree Yoga Center in Atlanta. My teaching style is a combination of the
Iyengar and Vinyasa style. With heavy emphasis on breath awareness and proper alignment. I am a certified, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, as well as a certified prenatal yoga instructor. I have taught yoga for kids, prenatal, restorative, senior, yoga for athletes and gentle yoga. My heart lies with gentle yoga and my teaching reflects that.
