Looking for a yoga home that is both welcoming and therapeutic? How about one that serves homemade mini-muffins and
herb tea after each class? Each Monday (both a.m. and p.m.) the studio offers a basic intro to hatha yoga class that's free for first-time visitors new to yoga and the studio. The rest of the week there's a complete schedule of day and evening classes open to drop-ins. Studio owner Marcia Scredon has taught yoga locally since 1994 and has trained and certified dozens of the Gwinnett area teachers in the Yoga Alliance certified teacher training program she offers at the studio. Having studied with some of the finest teachers in the country herself (including Joseph LaPage, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Amy Weintaub, Sarah Powers and Rod Stryker) Marcia has a lifetime of experience and a love of yoga that she's always eager to share with new students.
