Balanced Energy Wellness focuses on bringing balance to the body and mind through yoga and nutrition. Our yoga classes
are taught in a gentle Vinyasa style that is suitable for all experience levels. In addition to traditional yoga poses, they incorporate body awareness, breathing techniques, guided imagery, meditation and relaxation to make for a rich yoga practice that helps relieve stress and keeps the body strong, flexible and mobile.
Intentional practice informed by traditional Hatha Yoga, Anusura, Yin Yoga and Vini Yoga in a private studio with a
limited number of participants. Hands on assists, inspiring music, private lessons as requested and classes to suit every individual need. Pre-registration is important as we do not offer drop ins. All levels welcome. Please call to reserve your space on the mat and for address.
Hatha Yoga classes offered in the Riverdale area at Riverdale Town Centre. Chair Yoga is offered on Monday and Wednesday
mornings from 10 a m until 11a m and Thursday afternoons from 5 P.M. until 6 P.M. Regular Hatha Yoga classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 5 p until 6 p m, Tuesday evenings from 6 P.M. until 7 P.M. and Saturday mornings from 10 a m until 11 a m.
