I teach classes in the style of Integral Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga@Work in and around the Tybee Island and Savannah
Georgia area. Yoga on the Beach at Tybee Island is 9AM - 10AM, Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting on Memorial Day and ending when the weather gets too cold - weather permitting. Go to the North Beach parking lot and it's the walkover on the far right edge as you look towards the beach - the Gulick St walkover. $15 donations are accepted for the class. Integral Yoga Classes are taught at Savannah Yoga Center (1319 Bull St) on Tues. - Noon; Wed - 7PM; Thur - 4PM.
Yoga for Pregnancy is on Thursday evenings from 6-7:15 at Savannah Yoga Center (1319 Bull Street, Savannah). It is taught in a 6 week series for $120.
