Woven into a seamless practice that allows the yoga practitioner to step into the flow of the divine and self realization. A vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating practice with a backdrop of worldly beats or blessed silence. Classes include a postures (asanas), mantra, pranayama, & meditation.

I am a certified Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance and retired RN. I completed my teachers training in Dec., 2007
at Evansville Yoga Center with yogi Chris Crews. I teach primarily in Henderson, KY. I teach mainly hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and also chair yoga. I began practicing yoga with Jean Wessel in 1996. I am still discovering more about yoga & myself.
I believe anyone can do yoga, & by practicing, we learn more about ourselves and to accept what we find.
Past workshops I have attended have included studing with Doug Keller, Doug Swenson, Bryan Kest and Chris Roche from Indianpolis.
I am available for group & private instruction.

Debra offers Private yoga therapy with over 20 years of experience as a holistic nurse and yoga teacher. She is trained
in adapting yoga to individuals with serious health concerns, including back pain, back surgery, total joint replacement, chronic pain and cancer.
Practices and techniques provide practical tools to relax, access better health, and improve our attitudes. These may include movement, meditation, breathing, imagery, deep relaxation and other evidence-based approaches which support health and healing.
