I am a certified Yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance and retired RN. I completed my teachers training in Dec.,
2007 at Evansville Yoga Center with yogi Chris Crews. I teach primarily in Henderson, KY. I teach mainly hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and also chair yoga. I began practicing yoga with Jean Wessel in 1996. I am still discovering more about yoga & myself.
I believe anyone can do yoga, & by practicing, we learn more about ourselves and to accept what we find.
Past workshops I have attended have included studing with Doug Keller, Doug Swenson, Bryan Kest and Chris Roche from Indianpolis.
I am available for group & private instruction.
I am an independent contractor not teaching at any one particular studio.
