Style of classes are dynamic, alternating stillness and movement, with strong emphasis on Self-Inquiry, alignment, breath, and classic yoga philosophy. Primary instructor Lucy Holmes is an Experienced, Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 hours professional training (National Yoga Alliance). Lucy has been teaching since 1991. Training includes Iyengar, Astanga, Anusara, Dynamic, & Kripalu styles of Yoga.
American Shaolin Center was founded in 2003 to educate and train the American public in the traditional Chinese martial
arts and yoga. ASC meets at Washington University and Forest Park in St. Louis. The chief instructor, Jim Eubanks, has an extensive background in yoga and traditional Chinese arts and is a chiropractic physician. He has a special interest in the effects of yoga on rehabilitation and general health.
In Spirit Yoga offers Private yoga instruction and Corporate Yoga classes. Private lessons are an invaluable tool
for all levels of students from complete beginners to advanced students. Corporate yoga is a great way to support employee health and well being, as well as to provide a community experience based on breath and movement.

Private instruction is also available for students seeking alternative health solutions through yoga.
Bruce M. Roger is a certified Iyengar instructor with over 30 years full time teaching experience. He has made five trips to study at the Iyengar Institute in India and continues to study with senior Iyengar teachers both in the U.S. and abroad. Staff members Kathy Digby and Tiki Misra are becoming certified Iyengar instructors and have made trips to study at the Iyengar Institute in India.
