Owner Kim Brown opened Sama Yoga and Wellness in the Fall of 2014 with the intention of offering a peaceful, safe,
and welcoming space for people of all ages and abilities to practice yoga. Kim's vision at Sama is to help the people realize his or her natural strength to heal the heart, body, and mind through the practice of yoga, fitness, and holistic wellness practices. Our goal is to help you become more peaceful with your environment, relationships, and within yourself. We start from the basics at Sama; focusing on the breath, building a foundation based upon the optimal alignment for YOUR body, and teaching you how to balance your practice between high intensity and restorative to assist the body's natural healing process. Kim strongly believes in creating an environment where you feel supported and comfortable. The studio has all the tools you need, with a variety of classes and teachers, so you can start your journey today and feel supported in this amazing community.

"I do not want to bore the yoga expert or lose the yoga beginner, but create a place for all to come together. After all, the term yoga comes from a Sanskrit word that means yoke or union. It is important to attend the proper class according to your personal needs. Creating peace, love and connecting to your heart is Yoga. ".
