My goal is to teach my students the wonders of yoga and how to incorporate their practice into their everyday lives
to attain a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Private groups, 1:1, yoga parties, and also Stop and Breathe relaxation seminars for corporations, hospitals, and any organization wishing to support their members/employees with this wonderful stress-relieving workshop.

North Shore Yoga has been offering traditional Yoga classes and workshops to the North Shore for over 17 years. It
is a certified Yoga school through the Yoga Alliance and offers annual teacher training courses for aspiring Yoga Teachers. It offers a home of spiritual gathering with vigorous Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga classes. It also provides Ayurvedic therapies, massage and acupuncture as a complement to the other practices of Yoga. Beginning and continuing students alike, share in the non-competitive atmosphere of hatha yoga expression, making
each pose as gentle or as rigorous as one needs. Beginners will learn the authentic and proper cultural poses, breathing techniques, and meditative practices. Continuing students will have the opportunity to deepen and refine their practice. Through effortless effort, one is drawn closer to one's own true nature.

Come take classes by candlelight with our great instructors in our new private studio. Classes are small and intimate
and are customized to your own abilities. No prior experience necessary. Our instructors will lead you through the practice and give any adjustments or modifications. The instructors tailor classes to help the students set and achieve goals. Classes are on Monday nights at 6PM, Friday mornings at 6AM, and Saturday mornings at 8AM!
