We provide wellness classes that include yoga, tai chi, meditation, qi gong, & pilates as well as health related classes
and workshops. Our purpose is to help the community get and stay healthy through cultivation of qi/prana/breathe & movement. We also offer several free classes throughout the month! Our parent company, East Wind Acupuncture also offers acupuncture, massage and herbal remedies for a variety of health problems.

An Iyengar-style studio with Northwest Indiana's only Rope Wall! We offer four teachers and thirteen classes per
week to suit your schedule, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and classes are one to one and one half hours long. Workshops are offered every other month. Emphasis is on precision within the postures, strength through standing poses and peace through balance postures. All levels are welcome. $14/drop-in $90 for eight classes, $90 unlimited monthly pass.
