An Iyengar-style studio with Northwest Indiana's only Rope Wall! We offer five teachers and daily classes to suit
your schedule, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and classes are one to one and one half hours long. Workshops are offered every other month. Emphasis is on precision within the postures, strength through standing poses and peace through balance postures. All levels are welcome. $14/drop-in $90 for eight classes, $90 unlimited monthly pass.

that combines muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with strength and flexibility of yoga. We crank up the speed with fluid transition so you get strengthening, sweating and stretching in one workout. All levels are welcome. The PiYo class is held on Tuesday and Thursday 6 - 7 pm and Saturdays 9 - 10 am
We provide wellness classes that include yoga, tai chi, meditation, qi gong, & pilates as well as health related classes
and workshops. Our purpose is to help the community get and stay healthy through cultivation of qi/prana/breathe & movement. We also offer several free classes throughout the month! LaRocca has been teaching Yoga since 1970 including Purdue University Calumet 1976 to 1994 and Moraine Valley Community College 1972 to present. He shares with his students knowledge gained in sixteen years of study with Yogi Sri Nerode of the Bengal province of India who passed away in 1983 at 95 years of age. Yoga classes include relaxing exercises which relieve tension and restore good health, breathing techniques for a higher level of vitality, and meditation for calmness and clarity of mind.
