Vinyasa yoga is a form of traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on creatively linking pose to pose while synchronizing
breath and movement. Classes are personalized to what your body needs, whether strengthening, de-stressing, healing from injury or recovery from surgery. I utilize many styles including sport yoga, yoga flex, and even gentle yoga for seniors. I also have certifications/training in Pilates, Pilates for Seniors, Zumba (latino cardio), BodySculpt, spinning, Personal Trainer.
