offer classes seven days a week serving the gentle to advancing student, injured and healthy and all in between. National Visiting Faculty includes Aadil Palkhivala, Judith Lasater, Doug Keller, and more. The owners have more than l6,000 certified training hours combined. The Studio believes in Yoga, Pilates and Indoor Cycling for every "body" and offers beginners and experienced alike

Yoganetics (from yoga and kinetic) is done on the floor with the eyes closed. A slow-motion, core-based, inside-out
approach, it is angled toward those with unique bodies and special challenges, emphasizing breathing and alignment. It is transition-based, rather than position-based, with the emphasis on how to move, not how far.
Beginners are welcome. People of all ages, levels, and body types fill our classes, offered in our spacious studio in the heart of the heartland.

I began my Yoga practice 9 years ago. I knew immediately that it would be a lifelong practice for me. I soon attended
a 200 hour training module. As soon as I led my first class I signed up to continue onto a 500hr certification as well as a Yoga Therapy certification. I have been teaching for 4 years and love every minute of it. I adore helping my students better understand their practice as well as their bodies. Each private session is tailored to the students needs. I ask that each new student fills out a basic intake form. I just want to know how active you are, what activity background you come form, and what is is you want out of your practice. I am available for in home sessions or we could meet at 68's Inside Sports located at 9111 Flint Overland Park, KS 66214. I provide all materials, as well as support between sessions complete with a printable copy of the class we do each time. Why is that important? So if you wish you can practice between sessions. So you can remember the sequence as well as the proper way to do the poses. Also I will put reminders of how YOU should make modifications based on our session. Further, as with any other exercise regimen, you should always have your doctor onboard.
