Kundalini is the oldest and most powerful form of yoga and incorporates all facets of yoga including movement, breath
work, meditation and mantra. Practicing Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system and enables the practitioner to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions. Kundalini yoga releases energy blocks along the spine which result in a sense of well being and overall physical health. Kundalini classes are appropriate for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
