I was certified to teach yoga at the 200-hour level, and in 2005 during my first pregnancy, I became certified to teach prenatal yoga. I’ve taught yoga during both of my pregnancies and have truly experienced first-hand the difference it makes during this time of a woman’s life. I also enjoy teaching Vinyasa flow which is where I find joy in my own personal practice as well. I teach in the Boston area and am also available for private sessions.

It’s not about perfection; it’s about connection!
In both practicing and teaching yoga, I’ve found that the most
valuable thing you can do for yourself is realize that yoga isn’t about being super flexible and doing crazy arm balances (as fun as they may be)– yoga is about bringing things together. It brings together mind and body; breath and movement; spirit and world. If you’re feeling a connection of some sort, then you are doing yoga! That being said, it’s not going to be easy! Whether for beginners or seasoned yogis, my power vinyasa class will get you moving, breathing, and sweating to help facilitate that connection. Are you preparing for a big event? Trying to lose weight with a friend/partner? Working with a recent or chronic injury? When working privately, I customize our class to suit your needs and get you the results you are looking for. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
