All of my classes are in keeping with the energy of each season and is very unique. Trained in Iyengar I do use props at times for when I teach restorative yoga. I work a lot with the breath. All classes are done in a warm comfortable room about 75-80 degrees. In this style of yoga, you create your own heat (Tapas) Sanskrit meaning heat and glow from within. It's not an artificial sense of heat brought on by highly heated rooms over 100 degrees and humidifiers its brought on naturally.
