Enjoy yoga surrounded by beautiful gardens. Classes are outside when weather permits. Yoga classes take place every Wednesday evening, 6-7:15pm, and every Friday morning, 9-10:15am.
Founded in 1986 by the Worcester County Horticultural Society, Tower Hill Botanic Garden is nationally recognized as one of the finest gardens in the Northeast. Tower Hill Botanic Garden is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Wednesday evenings, the garden is open extended hours until 9:00 p.m. Tower Hill is less than an hour away from Boston, Providence, Hartford and Springfield.
Justin Chien teaches a combination of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. It balances the positive and negative energy flows, and helps you expand conscious awareness of the divinity within. It is designed to integrate body, mind, and spirit in accordance with the ancient tradition and practice of Yoga. Through various techniques such as practicing postures, breathing, and meditation, one can improve his/her flexibility and strength, and explore the true inner self. It is a terrific complement to your existing fitness routine and daily activities!
Justin Chien is also certified by the international renowned author/expert Kit Laughlin through his Stretch Teacher Training. It is based on Kit?s two best-selling books: Stretching & Flexibility and Overcome Neck & Back Pain. By stretching effectively, your strength and flexibility can be built collectively.

Based on Baron Baptiste's series as well as a variety of other styles of yoga including ashtanga and Bikram, this is a dynamic, flowing sequence built around sun salutations. All vinyasa classes are heated to 95 to 98 degrees. Non members of Orchard Hills Athletic Club are welcome.

We are a yoga and wellness center like no other. We have taken a 110 year old dairy barn and have converted it into a peaceful oasis. Enjoy a traditional hatha yoga class or step it up with a power yoga class. Try our meditative flow which as a restorative type class mixed in with some flowing poses all combined with a guided meditation. Our classes include Meditative Flow, Gentle, Power, Yin, Strength, as well as traditional hatha flow classes.
