I offer alignment based vinyasa classes. My classes are fun and flowing where you are encouraged to meet yourself
on the mat. I love exploring how we can use the anatomy and alignment of the body to build a deeper awareness of ourselves moving through space. By moving the body through a variety of poses, breathing, meditating we get to know ourselves better and better. It's an honor and a joy to be able share that with my students and to be a part of that process.
I also offer corporate and private instruction in vinyasa and restorative yoga. In addition to yoga I'm a Reiki Master offering Reiki sessions by appointment.
Courtney Hill Wulsin is an Acupuncturist, Herbalist and 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Courtney studied Japanese Style
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine at the New England School of Acupuncture. Her wellness practice is split evenly between private yoga lessons, group yoga classes, and Chinese Medicine treatments. Her specialites are women's health, emotional/mental issues, sleep recovery and musculoskeletal pain. Courtney completed her 500-hour Embodyoga Teacher Training Certification with Patty Townsend at Yoga Center Amherst in Amherst, MA and a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification through Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. Courtney's yoga classes soothe a tired soul and invigorate the body preparing students to reenter the world with renewed energy. Though Courtney's classes are very often an intense physical workout, all classes emphasize the importance of modification to protect and support the individual body. Also certified to teach Prenatal Yoga and a trained Birth Doula, Courtney invites pregnant women to drop in to any of her classes or inquire about prenatal yoga classes.

Fabio Andrico is an internationally recognized expert on the unique tradition of Tibetan yoga known as Yantra Yoga,
from the lineage of the renowned Tibetan translator and Dzogchen master Vairocana. He studied directly under the great Tibetan cultural scholar and Dzogchen master Cho¨gyal Namkhai Norbu, who learned this potent and transformative form of yoga from his uncle, yogi Togden Ugyen Tenzin. Fabio is both a hatha yoga and Yantra Yoga instructor, as well as an authorized trainer of Yantra Yoga teachers. Born and raised in Italy, he teaches Yantra Yoga internationally to groups of up to 700 participants in venues on six continents.
