It’s not about perfection; it’s about connection!
In both practicing and teaching yoga, I’ve found that the most valuable
thing you can do for yourself is realize that yoga isn’t about being super flexible and doing crazy arm balances (as fun as they may be)– yoga is about bringing things together. It brings together mind and body; breath and movement; spirit and world. If you’re feeling a connection of some sort, then you are doing yoga! That being said, it’s not going to be easy! Whether for beginners or seasoned yogis, my power vinyasa class will get you moving, breathing, and sweating to help facilitate that connection. Are you preparing for a big event? Trying to lose weight with a friend/partner? Working with a recent or chronic injury? When working privately, I customize our class to suit your needs and get you the results you are looking for. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!

Sara very vividly remembers the first time stepping onto her yoga mat. It was a crazy, packed crowded class and everyone
was talking to their neighbor, laughing and smiling. For a moment she thought she would simply duck out and come back later for the calmer, less busy class. Thankfully something inside told her to stay and have an open mind and by the end of that class she knew that this awesome practice of yoga was for her! She enrolled in the teacher training program at Zuda Yoga under the guidance of Anne Marie Kramer and Bill Prysock. Upon its completion she moved back to her home in NYC and began teaching full-time for Crunch Fitness and New York Yoga. She has also been a guest teacher at O yoga in Syracuse, NY. Along with her husband and their pug Oscar, she is now making a new home for herself and her yoga career here in Boston and is so excited to share her love and passion for this powerful practice. What makes it so powerful, she believes, is that it isn't about finding anything outside of what's already there inside of you! So really, its about becoming who you already are, standing in it, breathing in it and BELIEVING in it! Her classes are almost always challenging, aka filled with utkatasanas and chaturangas, but filled with fun, great music, stories and laughter and hopefully a few smile-asanas! Check out her schedule at www.sarapackard.com
