Chris Kelley's classes are fun and enjoyable, appropriate for everyone. She is an experienced yoga teacher able to
open a tight body to create strength and flexibility. Her deep knowledge of the body and love of yoga create classes that sing to the mind, body and soul. In 2007, she completed her 2nd advanced studies in Yoga. She has private clients in Severna Park and Annapolis.

Serenity Bay Yoga is the teaching practice of Lucy Lomax, a Certified Yoga Teacher. Lucy teaches public classes for
the Yoga Center of Columbia, Columbia, MD, and teaches workshops there and at Willow Street Yoga Center, Silver Spring, MD, and Shakti Studio, Annapolis, MD. Lucy is on the staff of the Yoga Center of Columbia's YTT 200 and YTT 500 programs, teaching anatomy, yoga therapeutics, and Yoga Sutra. Lucy has been teaching yoga since 1999 and specializes in teaching therapeutic yoga workshops and classes. She also teaches private lessons by appointment.

Yoga 4 Life offers workshops, retreats, teacher trainings at the 200 and 500 hour level and classes for students at
every level. Private individual, group or corporate classes are also available. Yoga4Life yoga classes are designed to relieve the cumulative effects of stress while toning the body, quieting the mind and rejuvenating the spirit. The intention of Yoga 4 Life is to provide authentic Yoga teachings designed to improve the quality of your life and help you reach your fullest potential, physically, mentally and spiritually. Yoga4Life has partnered with the Anne Arundel Community College to offer college-level courses in yoga, meditation, yoga philosophy and more. The courses are part of a certificate program and when completed, qualify students for accreditation at the 200 and 500 hour levels with Yoga Alliance.
Kundalini Yoga, Ancient Gong Sound Healing, Meditation, Chanting, Pranayam (breathwork), Workshops - Kundalini Yoga,
considered the most comprehensive of yoga traditions, is an ancient science of self-healing that utilizes breath-work, physical exercises, mantra, meditation and relaxation to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system and calm the mind and emotions. Leads to an elevated spirit, increased self awareness, vitality, focus and gives one the experience of their highest consciousness. Suitable for the most inflexible beginner, as long as you have a breath in your body, you can participate and reap the benefits!

Maria completed her 200-Hour Teacher Training in 2012, at Charm City Yoga, under the direction of Kim Manfredi. Because of her background in dance and running, she believes that by connecting with the body, one can achieve greater self-awareness and peace. She teaches with a focus on alignment. Her lighthearted class is sure to lift your spirits, rejuvenate your body, and brighten your day.
Our Yoga Classes
All classes are designed to inform the beginning yoga student of the transformative power of yoga
while challenging the experienced yogi/yogini. VINYASA POWER HOUR A beginner's class designed for all levels, our Vinyasa Power Hour is an exploration of asana, pranayama, bandha, and meditation. This fun flow with music, cultivates prana through mindful vinyasa. Our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and nurtured. ASANA 60 A beginner's class designed for all levels, our Asana 60 class integrates classical yoga postures and core movements/stretching at a mellow pace, giving you time to seek the edges of your practice. The class incorporates a balanced ratio of standing and seated poses with active stretching. Our Asana 60 class is a great counterpoint to our vinyasa classes. BUTI A 60 minute beginner's class designed for WOMEN ONLY. BUTI's signature movements fuse yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics; and functions as the core of our wellness approach. Derived from the Marathi word Buti meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret,” our goal is to guide women through movement and wellness that supports the female spirit — transforming lives from the inside-out. CANDLELIT VINYASA A candlelit beginner's class designed for all levels, our Candlelit Vinyasa class is the final class of our schedule on most nights. Similar to our Power Hour, this is an exploration of asana, pranayama, bandha, and meditation. A less intense flow with music, we attempt to cultivate prana through mindful vinyasa. Again, our intention is for students to leave class stabilized, strengthened, enlivened, and nurtured.
