of Kundalini Yoga, which Yogi Bhajan so generously shared with us, led me to the discovery of what I had been looking for my whole life- deep connectedness with the Divine. I experienced deep peace within myself and felt truly home within me. I established an anchor for myself, which I can consciously return to at will. It is my passion in life to help other seekers become finders too.

Each class consists of pranayam, mudras, mantras, kriyas, meditation and sound healing with the gong - all based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.
