Whole Yoga & Pilates is committed to helping everyone enjoy the benefits of yoga! Co-located with a holistic chiropractic
clinic, our studio offers classes suited to just about every interest (and level), and all of our instructors are certified in their areas of expertise. If you are not accustomed to moving your body or have been sedentary for awhile as a result of injury or illness, you might want to start with Restorative, Gentle, or Hatha classes. Once you feel more comfortable on the mat you can easily add a more active class, such as All-Levels Vinyasa.
Yoga classes are held at Optimal Care Chiropractic in Laurel, MD. Classes are mixed level, but very beginner friendly,
and are designed to facilitate healing in the physical, mental and emotional body. Robin is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, a certified meditation facilitator, a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a certified Thai Foot Reflexology Massage practitioner.
Our instructors provide excitement, encouragement, motivation and music for challenging workouts, which are adapted
for all fitness levels. The Magnificent Body’s schedule has a large variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training, in order for participants to gain muscular tone, core power and flexibility. The schedule of classes is updated monthly.
Kelly Fisher is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor, E RYT-500 and has a special interest in the therapeutic benefits
of yoga practice. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and currently studies with John Friend, Jordan Bloom, and other lovely yogis. She teaches at Willow Street Yoga Center in Silver Spring, MD, Capitol Hill Yoga in Washington, DC and in Cheverly, MD. Wildflower Yoga will hold other group or private classes by request. Private and corporate instruction are available.
