As the owner of Fit & Flow Yoga with Sherrell my mission is to educate our community on how to connect our fitness
with our faith using tools like mind-body exercises (Pilates and yoga). As a Christian I know there are a lot of misconceptions about yoga. I had some myself but God gave me the vision to create Fit & Flow Yoga with Sherrell to serve those who want to reap the benefits of mind-body exercises in an environment that is line with their faith by using biblical principles to strengthen their faith and fitness walk with God!!
Remember your "whole body" body, soul, and spirit is the greatest instrument you will ever own. So lets keep it healthy!

Soul Fusion: This energizing yet relaxing flow class incorporates soulful meditation based on scripture with specific yoga and Pilates inspired strength-building poses designed to tone the body tone, strengthen the core, and improve flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed with a renewed connection to your body, soul, and spirit. 60 minutes. Bring a mat and water.

Spiritual Essence Yoga is located in beautiful Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Our main teaching style is Jiivana (Sanskrit
for Life) Yoga, created by founder Dana Smith as a result of her positive transformation with yoga. Jiivana is inspired by various styles of yoga, mainly Vinyasa Hatha yoga that is appropriate for practitioners of all ages and fitness levels. We believe that everyone can practice and benefit from yoga practice.
Our mission at Spiritual Essence Yoga is to show you the wonderful transformational qualities of practicing yoga in a gentle yet challenging, non-competitive, "user-friendly" way! Yoga helps maintain general health and well-being, and the benefits are far more than physical. We are also dedicated to helping you take that necessary time-out to relax, rejuvenate and release with our new Holistic Wellness therapies.
We offer many levels of Iyengar Style and Vinyasa style yoga classes and Aerial Yoga. We offer an ongoing series of
T'ai Chi for Balance and the Yang Short form. We also offer Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. See our web site for the dates of this training. There is no membership fee. You pay only for the classes you take and we offer series discounts. Our instructors are all certified experienced professionals with many years of teaching experience. We offer private lessons in both mat and Aerial yoga, T'ai Chi, and yoga for scoliosis, back care and cancer.

Old Mill in the heart of Historic St. Michaels.
JLS is open 7 days a week. 7am-7pm on weekdays, till mid-night on seleted Fridays. 8:45am to whenever the workshop ends on weekends.
Our teaching staff is highly-educated and dedicated. Our guest teachers are world-class and experts in their fields. We honor our yoga and martial arts lineages and we integrate cutting-edge knowledge in our practice and teacing.
Our classes range from 60 to 90 minutes; beginners to advanced levels; yoga to martial arts, and everything in between.
