Our main focus is Vinyasa Flow. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement. We will instruct you to move
from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale like a dance or moving meditation. Yoga flow, or "vinyasa" yoga, connects each pose or asana to the next, dynamically linking movement with breath while creating heat and stamina in the body. Make yoga a part of your healthy lifestyle.
