If you are not accustomed to moving your body or have been sedentary for awhile as a result of injury or illness, you might want to start with Restorative, Gentle, or Hatha classes. Once you feel more comfortable on the mat you can easily add a more active class, such as All-Levels Vinyasa.

Conveniently located at the corner of Route 1 and Gorman Road in Laurel/Savage, we currently offer beginner and intermediate classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
Yoga classes are held at Optimal Care Chiropractic in Laurel, MD. Classes are mixed level, but very beginner friendly,
and are designed to facilitate healing in the physical, mental and emotional body. Robin is a RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, a certified meditation facilitator, a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a certified Thai Foot Reflexology Massage practitioner.
Our instructors provide excitement, encouragement, motivation and music for challenging workouts, which are adapted
for all fitness levels. The Magnificent Body’s schedule has a large variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, and Strength Training, in order for participants to gain muscular tone, core power and flexibility. The schedule of classes is updated monthly.
Chris Kelley's has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 14 years. She works through the body opening tight spaces
and begins to create a practice of strength and compassion. Her deep knowledge and love of yoga and the body, make her classes appropriate for everyone. Darlene is certified in Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She completed her 500hr advanced yoga teacher training,
holds an additional 200 hr certification in Prenatal/Postnatal yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT500. Darlene currently offers classes at The Yoga Center of Columbia and runs "Yoga and Massage for Labor and Birth" workshops about every 6wks alternating between Crofton Yoga and The Yoga Center of Columbia. The workshop provides hands-on, practical techniques for moms-to-be and their partners in preparation for labor and delivery.
Darlene is also a licensed massage therapist with a specific certification in prenatal/postnatal massage. She offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Pregnancy massage.
