and workshops in Yoga, Meditation, Nature, and The Work of Byron Katie. We are available for yoga teachers to run their own retreat here at NTN, join in one of our group retreats, take a weekly yoga class, or indulge in a private retreat of the self.
We have a natural green setting with Two Cabins, A Mountain Brook Yurt, Finnish Wood~Fired Sauna Steam Bath, Meeting House with kitchen, and a beautiful Yoga Studio, not to mention our swanky composting privies.
Our Retreat land lies on the lower slopes of Pleasant Mountain, a local landmark and treasured gem. We offer a diverse private 33 acres of forest and trails for your exploring all year round;be it along our magical mountain brook, picking wild blueberries on the granite outcrops in summer or snowshoeing up to our Medicine Wheel and sitting at its center on a boulder gazing into long views of the White Mountain National Forest. Surrounding our land is extensive woodlands and Nature Conservancy land, providing a true sanctuary into the natural world.
