practice of Yoga. Our mission is to teach a broad and inclusive Yoga: asana, mindfulness, self-study, self-knowledge and service. Our classes are an inspired blend of Iyengar, Kripalu, and Viniyoga traditions.

with plenty of individual attention from the teacher. Classes are 75-90 minutes in length, and the style is meditative, a blend of yoga and qi gong in a taoist tradition of practice. Half day workshops occur during May through November. NEW! Now offering Thai Shiatsu Bodywork sessions, 75-90 minute sessions. Call or email for more information.
Our intention is to provide an atmosphere that promotes warmth, support and growth.
Yoga teachings are ever more
important in our modern day world, where lessons of centuries old, proven codes of ethical behavior are easily forgotten. Ethics like discipline, honesty, kindness, and respect..... Our teachings support these ethics while promoting that Yoga is a gift, separate from the materialistic world we now live in. A gift of very efficient techniques devoted to self-realization requiring only the body itself. A practice of science when performed correctly, brings radiant life, health and spirituality. Open the door to Meditation, Holistic Nutrition, Massage and Energy work as well and you will experience the world of ReDefining! REDEFINING YET?
Our yoga studio and it's instructors embody the teachings of masters such as Iyengar (alignment), Sri. Pattabi Jois
(ashtanga), John Friend (anusara), Bryan Kest (power), Alan Finger (ISHTA), Shiva Rea (vinyasa) and Judith Lasater (relax and renew). With over 20 years of experience our goal is to provide an environment to nurture, inspire and encourage our students of all levels and ages to improve focus, breathing, strength, balance & relaxation to be your best self.
