Meetinghouse Yoga was established in 2000 as a cooperative of yoga teachers dedicated to sharing the ancient healing
practice of Yoga. Our mission is to teach a broad and inclusive Yoga: asana, mindfulness, self-study, self-knowledge and service. Our classes are an inspired blend of Iyengar, Kripalu, and Viniyoga traditions.
Schedule of weekly classes, May through Decmeber, overlooking the ocean in an intimate setting. Classes are small
with plenty of individual attention from the teacher. Classes are 75-90 minutes in length, and the style is meditative, a blend of yoga and qi gong in a taoist tradition of practice.
