yoga classes and a supportive community of like-minded students.
We have created a cool, laid back atmosphere for busy people just like you to explore yoga for the benefits of fitness, health, and/or stress relief. Our community is diverse and includes the flexible and the non-flexible, the young and the old, the seasoned yogi and those who have never before set foot in a yoga studio. With nearly a dozen teachers on staff and many different styles of yoga to choose from, we recommend trying them all out.

In individual yoga therapy sessions I address health concerns that are unique to you. 500 hour teacher training certification and 500 hour yoga therapy certification from the American Viniyoga Institute.
I am an experienced yoga practitioner and teacher and have taught over 5000 classes in my career. I teach at several
different facilities from Oxford to Royal Oak, Mi. Check out my schedule online or call to make an appointment. I offer private and group classes at small businesses and corporations as well as my public studio classes.
All classes are 60 minutes long and are appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga. Classes will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and dress in comfortable clothing. A yoga block is recommended for those new to yoga or recovering from injury.
