Master of Kundalini Yoga , is a great way to recharge your body. It produces quick results and stimulates the nervous and immune systems while improving strength and flexibility, as it centers the mind and open the spirit. From your very first class, you?ll start reaping the rewards which can include relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression and insomnia, as well as weight control. Nature's Playhouse is dedicated to meeting the unique needs of families with children 0-5 years old. We specialize
in Prenatal, Baby/me, and Tot/me yoga classes.
In addition to its toddler/infant play-center, Nature’s Playhouse also welcomes itself as a mind and body wellness center for new moms, hosting a variety of activities on both pre-natal and post-birth issues, as well as Yoga and fitness classes.
We are a Waldorf-inspired center, built on the philosophy that child-led play nurtures healthy development in early
childhood. Our space provides open-ended toys made from natural, non-toxic materials like wood, wool and silk. This simplistic approach fosters imaginative and creative play while providing a peaceful environment for caregivers to relax and connect with others. Classes are also offered to caregivers in yoga, arts/crafts, guitar lessons, birthing, and support groups. Many of our classes for caregivers are setup so you can bring your child while you learn. We offer a host of classes and activities for children that cover a range of interests from music play, arts/crafts, and story time, to baby sign language, or playgroup periods, and drop-in-play sessions.
All classes are 60 minutes long and are appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga. Classes will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and dress in comfortable clothing. A yoga block is recommended for those new to yoga or recovering from injury.

Iyengar, his children Geeta and Prashant, and his senior certified teachers. We feel this method of yoga provides us with the best tools available for providing an authentic, powerful, and transformative experience of yoga for our students. Our studio director, Chris Briney, has successfully completed the rigorous apprenticeship and testing process to become a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor, and is registered with the National Iyengar Yoga Association of the United States (IYNAUS).
