This is yoga you CAN do. I've designed the yoga classes I wish were available to me on days when MS or fibromyalgia made even a "typical" gentle yoga class too painful or difficult. All poses are modified and will be further adjusted to meet your needs.

All classes are 60 minutes long and are appropriate for all levels, including those new to yoga. Classes will be a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles. Please bring your own yoga mat and water and dress in comfortable clothing. A yoga block is recommended for those new to yoga or recovering from injury.
