At Heat Yoga we’re passionate about yoga! The practice has made a deep impact on each of our lives and we’re excited
to share our experience and the gift of Yoga with everyone we can.
We understand not everyone is as passionate about the yoga lifestyle like we are. Yoga is a personal and meaningful practice and each of us has different needs, intentions and reasons for coming to the four corners of our mat. Our commitment is to provide high quality yoga instruction in a welcoming, loving and respectful environment, and to create a positive experience for everyone at Heat Yoga, regardless of level, motivation or practice frequency. Everyone is welcome at Heat Yoga.
Our classes in yoga, tai chi, meditation, and other mind-body workshops combine both traditional Korean healing philosophy
and East Asian energy principles. What makes Body & Brain truly unique is its brain-centered approach to comprehensive wellness and its commitment to helping practitioners create energetic, balanced, and healthy lives for themselves and their communities.

Hi! I'm Julie Zoril and I teach yoga, barre and variations of both. It is important to me to provide a safe, fun and
effective class that makes you feel better and look better. When it comes to teaching, I never "phone it in." I spend a lot of time planning classes and organizing fun playlists to go with them. I want you to look forward to coming to my classes and not just come because you know you should exercise.
