Classes are built around a theme as I invite you to take a little time out of your day to relax, stretch and work on
building strength and flexibility by focusing on alignment. Influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles, modifications/use of props are given to enable each student to fit the pose to their body. I completed the rigorous 230 hour yoga study/teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Private sessions. Classes: YMCA on Mondays 9:15a, and Thursdays 6:00p. Also Spark Wellness Monday evenings at 6:00.
