YogaSoul’s mission is to help clients win the battle against stress. It has an extensive class offering in several

Classes are built around a theme as I invite you to take a little time out of your day to relax, stretch and work
on building strength and flexibility by focusing on alignment. Influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles, modifications/use of props are given to enable each student to fit the pose to their body. I completed the rigorous 230 hour yoga study/teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Private sessions. Classes: YMCA on Mondays 9:15a, and Thursdays 6:00p. In a Svaroopa yoga class we work with poses specifically for opening the spine. Precise body alignment and supported
poses are used for the purpose of releasing spinal tension and promoting deep relaxation and healing. We offer classes appropriate for all levels of ability. who has studied with Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar and his daughter Geeta Iyengar on their visits to the U.S. She has been teaching yoga for over 18 years and studies regularly with local and visiting Certified Iyengar teachers.
Classes are taught in several styles - Restorative, Vinyasa, hatha yoga, yoga for men, Yoga Nidra. Experience greater
