Trinity Yoga offers small group yoga classes in the Classical style, private sessions, and regular community classes
in Burnsville, Eagan and Lakeville. In addition, for those interested in furthering the journey of making yoga a lifestyle, Trinity Yoga offers Prana Circle, a small, intimate gathering of yogis and yoginis, teachers and non, to discuss, practice, and study the yoga, as well as a full 200+ hour teacher training program.

Classes are built around a theme as I invite you to take a little time out of your day to relax, stretch and work
on building strength and flexibility by focusing on alignment. Influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles, modifications/use of props are given to enable each student to fit the pose to their body. I completed the rigorous 230 hour yoga study/teacher training at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis. Private sessions. Classes: YMCA on Mondays 9:15a, and Thursdays 6:00p. Also Spark Wellness Monday evenings at 6:00.
