In a Svaroopa yoga class we work with poses specifically for opening the spine. Precise body alignment and supported

Classes are built around a theme as I invite you to take a little time out of your day to relax, stretch and work on
building strength and flexibility by focusing on alignment. Influenced by the Anusara and Iyengar styles, modifications/use of props are given to enable each student to fit the pose to their body. Crystal Yoga offers a one hour vinyasa flow class for beginners at 6pm and an hour yin class at 7pm. Both classes take
place every Thursday. In the flow class receive a great workout while you flow and move with your breath. In the yin class, relax from your hard day by staying in relaxing poses for three to five minutes each. Different from other classes, at Crystal Yoga you will receive therapeutic adjustments to deepen stretches and allow the muscles to relax. Prices: the first class is free! Drops are $15 each but buy a package and receive four classes for $36.
