Dana Spates is registered at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance. She offers a Vinyasa Flow class for those who prefer a more strengthening form of yoga as well as a Gentle class for those who prefer a less strenuous yoga class. Focus is on the breath, creating a safe practice, and cultivating a compassion for all. Dana is also a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through NETA. She offers yoga classes and individual yoga instruction, Stress Reduction Classes, Women and Weights classes, and Healing Touch classes and sessions.
