Beginners - Classes are on Wednesdays at 5:30 - 6:40 pm with Richard Chandler Beginners classes that those new to yoga can easily do. Intermediate/advanced classes feature a more free-form style with long, flowing routines. An emphasis on breathing with awareness lends a meditative aspect to our classes.
Richard Chandler is a fun and engaging teacher with over 15 years of yoga teaching experience. He has studied with a number of internationally known instructors, including David & Doug Swenson. He also is a licensed massage therapist in his 20th year of full time practice.
Linda Eich DesJardins is a calming, clear and compassionate instructor who has studied Iyengar Yoga in London as well as Power Yoga, Hatha and Polarity Yoga. She completed yoga teacher training in Gentle Yoga with Rudy Piece, a long time Kripalu teacher. She recently completed a certification course in 'Dream Yoga' at Kripalu Institute.

Dana Spates is registered at the 200 hour level with Yoga Alliance. She offers a Vinyasa Flow class for those who
prefer a more strengthening form of yoga as well as a Gentle class for those who prefer a less strenuous yoga class. Focus is on the breath, creating a safe practice, and cultivating a compassion for all. Dana is also a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through NETA. She offers yoga classes and individual yoga instruction, Stress Reduction Classes, Women and Weights classes, and Healing Touch classes and sessions.
