classes.Jane's House offers Youth Yoga and Prenatal Yoga as well. We currently have fourteen instructors teaching at Jane's House. Our studio specializes in personalized instruction and has a beautiful, stress-free environment. We offer 200-Hr RYT Yoga Teacher Training. It is offered over a 12-month period in which we have eight 25-hour, Friday through Sunday weekends. Our school has been educating Yoga Teachers since 2004 and is one of the best!

Sandy teaches for St. John's Mercy at the corner of Clayton and Clarkson Roads in Ellisville, MO, in addition to other locations. Her style is a flowing style appropriate for all ages and all levels of experience including beginners.
Suzanne is a certified yoga alliance instructor and teaches group and private lessons for gentle to intermediate yoga
and to all ages, as well as meditation and Hamsa Kriya Breath work retreats, as well as chair yoga for seniors. Individual Yoga therapy sessions and pranic healing are also available to you for healing on all levels. Katharina's classes and workshops are geared toward the students' personal experience. They incorporate gentle stretching
and aerobic workout, as well as body locks and postures. Since all exercises are done in coordination with the breath, they are very safe with minimal risk of injury. Students are directed to walk the fine line between pushing too hard and not trying hard enough. The result is a felt sense of exaltation, balance, trust, strength, calmness, and wellbeing. Meditation, mantra, chanting, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques are all part of the practice. Yoga sets are designed to work on specific body compositions, such as the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine, or reproductive system. Additionally each set helps to balance emotional as well as mental patterns, leading towards greater awareness and centeredness.
