Katharina's classes and workshops are geared toward the students' personal experience. They incorporate gentle stretching
and aerobic workout, as well as body locks and postures. Since all exercises are done in coordination with the breath, they are very safe with minimal risk of injury. Students are directed to walk the fine line between pushing too hard and not trying hard enough. The result is a felt sense of exaltation, balance, trust, strength, calmness, and wellbeing. Meditation, mantra, chanting, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques are all part of the practice. Yoga sets are designed to work on specific body compositions, such as the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, endocrine, or reproductive system. Additionally each set helps to balance emotional as well as mental patterns, leading towards greater awareness and centeredness.
