The yoga classes emphasize the fundamental importance of breath in the overall health of the individual and the necesisty

Bikram Yoga is a 26 posture series created from Hatha Yoga. Classes are 90 minutes long in a heated environment to

Carol Flaherty is a licensed massage therapist as well as yoga teacher. She has earned Yoga Alliance certification
as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. She has had specialized training in yoga for asthma, scoliosis and yoga for seniors, and teaches a lineage of yoga that is therapeutic and emphasizes use of the breath and adapting classical yoga forms to meet individual needs. She conducts classes daily and sees private students by appointment.
