All of the Yoga Classes at our studios are “Hatha” Yoga Classes. Hatha is the Indian name for the physical practice
of yoga. The main component of Hatha is yogic postures- or asanas, the Sanskrit word for a comfortable, stable pose. Under the umbrella of Hatha a number of particular styles have been developed such as Iyengar, Kundilini, Ashtanga, Anusara, & Bikram.
Most of our classes are a blend of these different styles.
We have 2 locations. Our main studio is at 200 Cornerstone Dr in the Preston/Cornerstone area of Cary, NC and the 2nd location is at 2425 Kildaire Farm Rd in the Lochmere Pavilion area of Cary, NC.
LifePower Yoga offer both 200 and 500 Hour yoga teacher trainings. We are registered with Yoga Alliance and located
in Cary, North Carolina within Life Time Fitness. Our 200 Hour yoga teacher training spans 13 weeks and runs on Friday evenings from 5-9PM and Saturdays 8AM-5PM. We start again on February 20th, 2015. In addition we offer over 30 yoga classes per week including; hot vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, slow burn, and kids yoga. Come check out any of our classes. her way on to the mat for the first time in college. After years of dealing with a aggressive case of Crohn’s disease her once strong body and jubilant spirit felt broken. Yoga changed that. Transcending a physical act, the practice became the fabric of both a healing process and a personal evolution. A full time teacher and student of Hathavidya, Jennifer teaches with both an intuitive gentility and intelligent power; dancing across the lines of shadow and light to reveal to the individual a recognition of who they are beyond all that. She is in the process of finding more of these special places across the world from Bali to Sedona. She expresses sincere gratitude to her teachers for their faith, perseverance and unwavering commitment to bringing ancient lineage into the modern world.

My yoga method is a non-interventionist, non-corrective system. Students are given progressively organized techniques
