Ashley has recently graduated from Wilmington Yoga Center's 220 hr Kunga Lifestyle teacher training program. She has
also taken workshops on Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga Therapy, and the 5Elements Flow training from Wilmington Yoga Center. Her focus is on relaxation, restoration, and flexibility. She is offering free yoga classes for her Kunga Yoga project to complete her requirements to register for Yoga Alliance.
