Samantha Sukalpa Noto, RYT 500, Director Subtle Yoga Charlotte brings the multidimensional healing powers of therapeutic yoga and meditation to private and general audiences in clinical and university settings, corporate wellness programs, and groups recovering from trauma, cancer, depression and anxiety. She is the Director of Subtle Yoga Trainings in Charlotte, training and certifying yoga instructors at the 200 hour level. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Samantha delivers programming and education for Davidson College, CMC LiveWell Carolinas, CMC Sanger Heart Clinic, Subtle Yoga 500 Hour Therapeutic Professional Trainings as well as executing a thriving yoga therapy practice in Davidson, NC.
A yoga educator/lecturer, Samantha is a graduate of Kaoverii Webber’s Subtle Yoga Therapeutic Teacher Training at both the 200 and 500 hour levels, Leslie Kaminoff’s Yoga Anatomy course, and the Yoga for Cancer Awareness Program at Duke University. She has also studied extensively with Rod Stryker of Para Yoga and is currently at work on an Ayurvedic Health Educator certification with Dr. David Frawley. Samantha is a lifelong student of science, world history, mythology and religion. Her instruction is laced with science, physiological facts, archetypal imagery and cosmic insight. Hence, her clients gain a more thorough understanding of how yoga works and open to a deeper connection between themselves and this vast universe we live in.
