Each 1.5 hour class includes meditation, pranayama (breath control techniques), asana (Yin and traditional Hatha poses)
and sivasana (rest). 6-week evening series are offered in a private studio - these small classes allow you to progress and deepen in your practice with the attentive care of your teacher. Drop-in classes are offered Saturday mornings at The Joy of Movement studio in Chatham Mills, Pittsboro.
Yoga for boomers and seniors (age 55 plus) is a great way for someome to experience yoga for the first time or to
become more proficient in yoga.
